How much does it cost?

A FAVES Pro subscription starts at $39 per month for one user. You save 25% if you pay yearly, total $348/year. Additional users can share your account for just $10/month per user. See our pricing page for complete details.

How do I add users to my account?

The FAVES Pro account owner can add and remove users by logging in to the account dashboard. To add a user, click the Invite User button and enter the person’s name, mobile phone number, and email address. We will send an email invitation, with a link for downloading FAVES Pro.

To remove a user from your account, click the X box to the right of the user’s information. If you make a mistake, you can just add the user again.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your FAVES Pro subscription by sending your request to support@thefavesapp.com.
If you are unhappy with FAVES, we will refund your most recent monthly subscription payment. If you paid for a year, we’ll refund the pro-rated amount, based on our standard monthly rate.

Are my images safe?

Your original photos are always saved in your iOS Photos library, in a separate album named Faves. This makes it easy to find and share your photos on social media, and also ensures that you have a copy of your photos if you stop using FAVES. Additionally, FAVES Pro backs up your photos in the cloud to keep them safe and to allow you to collaborate with colleagues.

How do you secure my data?

Your photos and other information are stored using third-party hosted cloud services operated by Google and Amazon. Using these leading cloud service providers ensures that your data is securely stored, and allows us to offer premium services such as the ability to access your account from multiple devices, and share information with other users in your organization, if you wish.

Do you have an Android version?

FAVES is currently available only for iOS devices. We expect to release a version for Android devices in the second half of 2018.

Can I use FAVES on iPad?

Yes, FAVES Pro runs on iPad but you may experience some issues with the camera on certain iPad models.
