  • FAVES offers a range of plans to accomodate different needs:

    The Starter Plan includes the FAVES App and market tag scanner. The Plus Plan includes both the FAVES App and our Desktop companion. And the Premium Plan includes the FAVES App, Desktop and integrations.

  • You can add and remove users by tapping the Manage Users button on the Settings screen. To add a user, tap the Add User button and enter the person’s name, mobile phone number, and email address. We will send an email invitation, with a link for downloading FAVES Pro.

    To remove a user from your account, swipe left on the user’s name, and then tap the Remove button. If you accidentally remove a user, you can just add them again.

  • Click here to cancel your FAVES Pro subscription, or send and email to support@thefavesapp.com with your contact info. Please see our Terms of Service page for details of our refund policy. If you are unhappy with FAVES, please let us know why. We are working hard to build the best tool for buyers.

  • By default, your original photos are saved in your iOS Photos library, in a separate album named Faves. This makes it easy to find and share your photos on social media, and also ensures that you have a copy of your photos if you stop using FAVES. Additionally, FAVES Pro backs up your photos in the cloud to keep them safe and to allow you to collaborate with colleagues.

    If you don’t want to save photos in your iOS Photos library, you can turn this feature off from the Profile screen.

  • Your photos and other information are stored using third-party hosted cloud services operated by Google and Amazon. Using these leading cloud service providers ensures that your data is securely stored, and allows us to offer premium services such as the ability to access your account from multiple devices, and share information with other users in your organization, if you wish.

  • If you have questions or need help, just tap the Help icon ( ? ) at the top of the Start screen in your FAVES Pro app.

  • FAVES is currently available only for iOS devices. FAVES Pro is compatible with iOS 14 or later.

    If you’d like to be notified when we release the Android version, please let us know by writing to support@thefavesapp.com.

  • Yes, FAVES Pro runs on iPad but you may experience some issues with the camera on certain iPad models.

    To download FAVES Pro on your iPad, you need to select the “iPhone Only” filter option when searching on the App Store.
